Well it took me 6 months to make these dresses and another 2 to get family pictures taken with them and a total of 12 months to get them posted. Wish me luck on their dresses for this Easter!
I love the pictures and those dresses are absolutely beautiful. I still can't believe you made them. They look like something out of a designer magazine. You are amazing. I wish I could convince myself to make clothes for the girls, I have made them blankets but it about stops there. LOL.
Us Monroe's are trying to enjoying the cool beautiful California weather in Redondo Beach.
We've just come out of real difficult Winter. Right after Genevieve broke her collarbone the night before Christmas Eve, my common cold turned into Bronchitis. Jeff put a self imposed quarantine on himself and worked almost 2 weeks straight.
Now Genevieve has healed up and is razor scooting around, taking ballroom dance lessons, and is making some big strides in her journey of reading.
Vivienne is talking a lot more and is taking small strides in her journey of potty training. As quiet as she is she makes up for it with all of her gesturing. If we are going to play charades she can be on my team.
Jeff has moved back to Cambrillo Beach, he's trying not to go crazy bored. We're hoping that he can move to a more active beach with a shorter commute.
I've been volunteering at Genevieve's class once a week, and really enjoy working with all the kids. I've also been called into Primary as the 1st Counselor. I really like teaching the lessons, now if the kids could like my lessons just as much. Until later!
